Jiang Mingliang, male, of Han nationality, born in Ningbo in 1962, party member, graduate of Ningbo Party University, employed since 1982, admitted to the party in 1985, at present working as Vice Head of Yinzhou District Government.

    Worked as Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, Township Head and Secretary of Jishigang Township, Secretary of Shiqian Township, Director of Yinzhou District Bureau of Land Resources and Secretary of the Bureau, Director of Office of Yinzhou District Party Committee.

    In charge of rural affairs, agriculture, land resources, civil administration, food, water conservation, agricultural material supply, poverty relief, new countryside construction, people’s armed forces, and coastal defence.

    The government departments he is in charge of include: Bureau of Agriculture and Forestry (Oceanic and Fishery Bureau), Office of Agriculture (Office of Poverty Relief), Bureau of Water Resources, Civil Administration, and Grain Administration.

    In liaison with Yinzhou District Bureau of Land Resources, Yinzhou Disabled Persons’ Federation, Yinzhou Charity Federation, Meteorology Bureau, Command of People’s Armed Forces, and armies stationed in Ningbo.
