The government departments he is in charge of include: Yinzhou District Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs, Office of Taiwan Affairs, Office of Preparatory Work of the Customs, Logistic Area in Free Trade Zone at Airport, Trade Bureau, Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, Administrative Committee of Shiqian Market Area, and Bureau of Tourism.
In liaison with Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine, the Customs (in preparation), the Yinzhou Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, banking and insurance organizations in Yinzhou District.
