In the recently held 4th enlarged meeting of the 14th Conference of Yinzhou District Trade Union, the major tasks for this year were decided: to promote the core competency of enterprises and the competency of the working staff, to promote the harmony of the enterprises and the workers, to adjust the industrial relations between management and labor, to ensure the life and work of the unemployed people, and to standardize the construction of the trade union. Chen Zhenguo, Vice Secretary of Yinzhou District Committee of the CPC attended the meeting.

　　In the past year, in the financial crisis, concentrating on the overall task of maintaining the economic growth, adjusting the structure and promoting the transformation, the trade union of various levels carefully organized the “4 Tens Activity”, deepened the construction of harmonious enterprises and played a better role in providing services in promoting employment and business establishment.

　　At the meeting, it is required that following the general plans of Yinzhou District Party Committee and Yinzhou District Government, the trade union of all levels should serve the overall interests, strengthen the construction of service-oriented trade union, and play its role in providing services in the scientific development, social harmony and the workers’s welfare. On the basis of unity of thoughts, the trade union should have a good awareness of the importance of the construction of a service-oriented trade union. The district should have a high awareness, and substantially promote the construction of the service-oriented trade union.
