The other day, a delegation of leaders of related agricultural departments of Yinzhou, led by Jiang Mingliang, Vice Mayor of Yinzhou, visited Xianju County for an investigation of the agricultural public services in the county.
In recent years, Xianju County has reformed its traditional agriculture, and has made great efforts to popularize modern green agricultural technologies and for this, it is appointed by Zhejiang Provincial Government the only pilot county of agricultural public services. Jiang Mingliang and his company listened to the report of the achievements Xianju County made in establishing the agricultural public services, and made an on-the-spot investigation of the demo station in the agricultural demonstration park. During the investigation, Jiang Mingliang required that all related agricultural departments of all towns of Yinzhou should learn from Xianju and make exploration and popularize the agricultural public service system. He said that all agricultural technical personnel should further promote their awareness of serving the people, that Yinzhou should improve its service network, and that the district should reinforce the responsibility system.
